More Micro Macramé Bracelets

A couple more micro macramé bracelets, I really liked the first bronze coloured version I made of this bracelet so made a couple more in two shades of blue. The bracelets are made from C-Lon cord and a beautiful sunflower button, you can get the buttons from Knotting Ways ðŸ™‚

Micro Macramé Bracelets

A couple of recent makes, the blue bracelet is based on a pattern from Macramé Pattern Book by Marchen Art Studio or you can find it in Annika DeGroot’s book, a different method to the Marchen Art Studio but the same effect. The bronze bracelet is just me playing around the cords, I wanted to make a knotty bracelet rather than a beady bracelet plus wanted to incorporate a diamond square knot pattern, inspired by the Macramé Pattern Book.

Macramé Bracelets

Not feeling too perky at the moment so decided to make something simple. I haven’t made this style bracelet for a while and whilst they are simple & quick to do, I think they are pretty & very comfortable to wear plus they could easily be made into a choker style necklace. If you fancy trying one of these yourself you can find the tutorial here, I’d recommend you check out the rest of the tutorials by MANUALIDADESDEOLGA they have some great projects, they are in Spanish but they are easy to follow.

Micro Macramé Necklace with orthoceras fossil cabochon

Just returned from my holidays, had a great time and managed to do some knotting whilst I was away 🙂 I picked up a few stones and fossils for my jewellery making, some I will wire wrap and some will be incorporated into micro macramé pieces. If you fancy trying wrapping stones/cabochons yourself using macramé there are lots of tutorials on YouTube, you could try the tutorial by Beckinka, and you can find a tutorial for pendant wrapping on Free Macramé Patterns.

Micro Macramé Eternal Wave Bracelets

A couple of micro macramé bracelet, made with C-Lon cord in Capri and Sky Blue. I adapted a pattern from Free Macramé Patterns, these bracelets are based on the Wave Bracelet, I added an extra row to the wave and I changed the way the initial oval is started but it’s essential the same pattern. If you haven’t tried micro macramé before I would definitely recommend checking out Free Macramé Patterns, it has instructions for the knots and lots of patterns to try out.
