Black Obsidian Pendants

More wirework today, the pendant in the top picture is made using 0.8 and 0.4mm copper wire and is based on a tutorial from Abby Hook’s book, Wire Jewellery Masterclass. The tutorial has the pendant sitting on the back piece of the frame and top piece of the frame holding it securely, I made the frame too small, oops, and didn’t want to waste my hard work so I laid the frame on top of the pendant and took more 0.8mm wire and created a spiral spine at the back to make the pendant sit securely.

The other picture has pendants made using Viking Weave to create a bezel, you can find the tutorial by Camille Sharon on YouTube

I need more practice to get the weave even but not bad for first attempt!!!
